Includes 4000-sq ft main house with original details and 1000-sq ft dependency (former slave quarters). Located on 1 acre lot with landscaped gardens and historic trees. Location is just outside Old Town Petersburg, but in center city. Furnishings include period pieces, and exterior is visually identical to Civil War period.
