Location Description

Tree-lined suburban street; 1922 stone house, 6500 sq ft, with steep roof, French Norman architecture.- some stones are recycled from local mills. Two stone fountains, fishpond with lilies, many gravel paths, formal courtyard with stone walls surrounding. One acre property. Large driveway that can fit about 10 cars, and parking on the street is generally wide open as well. Won a garden competition years ago - featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer in the 1940s- just finished major renovation (6/11) so currently not interested in interior shooting
