Location Description

The building features exposed red brick walls, original iron trusses, and a multitude of windows overlooking White Rock Lake, and was renovated in the late 1980s. An historic Texas landmark, built in 1911. The facility was built to chlorinate the city’s water supply from White Rock Lake. The building currently leases as an events venue. Most of the original machinery has been removed though some large pipes remain in a basement room.
