Houseboats; Outside slip (just to the right of sailboat) on the Columbia River. McGuire Island across the river is uninhabited but can be used as beach. House is a wedge-shaped custom built home 8 foot walls rising to 14 foot along back of house with cream colored cedar siding and white metal roof. There is a 15 by 30 swim float with small 6 by 8 shed that matches the house colors.
