10,500sq ft circa 1863 brick building in downtown Pontiac comprised of JD's Key Club, the Coyote Club bar and Uptown Executive Offices. Main floor is JD's Key Club, 3400sq ft bar with 250 person capacity featuring two "dueling" pianos facing each other on the main stage. Below the key club is the Coyote Club, a basement bar with pool table and 100 person capacity and is reputed to be haunted. Above the key club are the Uptown Executive Offices, roughly ten offices which would make excellent production offices.
