The Buhl Building is one of downtown Detroit's classiest skyscrapers. The Buhl Building opened May 1st, 1925, in the heart of the cities Financial District. The 27-story is filled with cream-colored terra cotta, granite, and mosaic-tiled ceiling, giving the building an industrial feel once inside. On December 1st 2017, Dan Gilbert purchased the Buhl Building and garage from Heico. After the purchase was finalized Bedrock LLC stated they plan to upgrade he buildings common rooms, and parking. .
