Collinsville City Park has been a gathering place in Collinsville since 1921. In 2010 voters decided to invest over a million dollars for improvements to the park. That plan included: a basketball court, picnic areas and shelters, a new skate park, and a splash pad. Other improvements included a new lighted walking trail, a sand volleyball court and resurfaced tennis courts. Most recently a disc golf course was completed. Collinsville City Park is in a beautiful natural setting with a variety of recreational opportunities offered.
