It is roughly center-sited on the triangular-shaped 3.35-acre tract of land with some original landscaping and tropical vegetation.

Visitors are granted access to the historic Curtiss Mansion & Gardens in its entirety excluding: Rooftops, Staff Offices, and Archive Room.
