Owned by the Ledbetter family since 1977, Buffalo Mountain Ranch is over 4,400 acres of rugged and beautiful Texas country. The ranch is home to a free range herd of American bison and elk, whitetail deer, fallow deer, aoudad sheep, angus cows, turkey and many other species of native wild life. There is a decommissioned Nike missile command base made up of 4 main buildings and two smaller storage type buildings from the 1960s on the property that now serves as a lodge with over 20 bedrooms, two kitchens, several bathrooms, showers, a living room with a wood burning fireplace, as well as a large conference room to accommodate guests. The base also serves as headquarters for ranch operations. There is an old brick ranch house, as well as an old brick tack room, stable, and large barn. This property offers a variety of great locations (both outdoor and indoor) for filming.
