History
Forest Hill High School (FHHS) is located on 47 acres in Jackson, Mississippi. Its heritage dates back to the 1800s, and it has been located at 2607 Raymond Road since its establishment. Once a small community school house, Forest Hill is one of the finest high schools in the south.
The current facility consists of a modern $11 million dollar academic and athletic complex that enhances an already strong academic tradition. Forest Hill was founded on the principles of traditional school spirit and community pride. The school now integrates the latest educational methods and up-to-date technology. Forest Hill offers students a broad range of academic courses along with many extracurricular activities. Our mission is to enable all students to become competent, self-directed, lifelong learners so they can achieve their highest potential in today's society.
