The property consist of over 220 acres of rolling farm land. There are three historic brick barns on the property built with original handmade bricks and solid oak beams that were cut from trees on the property. These handcrafted structures were built in 1888 by James Monroe Smith. The largest of the three is the Smith Barn which is currently used for weddings and events. This barn can host up to 400 seated individuals and is over 10,000 sq ft. There is also a beautifully landscaped courtyard on site as well as a lake.
