Location Description

Built in 1832, the Federal style Schmucker Hall was constructed for the Lutheran Theological Seminary. During the Civil War the cupola became a military observation post & the building was used as a field hospital. Today, in addition to the seminary, the building houses the Seminary Ridge Museum.
