It's the heart of Boston's most vibrant and dynamic neighborhood. Where history meets modern-day spirit. Where visionaries work, foodies dine, and the city comes together. The center of innovation, entertainment, and culture, 401 Park hosts a community green and the world-famous Time Out Market.
The art deco building was built in 1928 as a Sears, Roebuck and Company distribution center but was left abandoned after sixty years. The center reopened in 2000 and became a Boston landmark, with a movie theater, office spaces, and retail shops.
The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and designated as a Boston Landmark in 1989.
