Tampa Bay Skating Academy. Tampa Bay Skating Academy at Oldsmar is Florida's first twin ice rink. We are committed to providing a clean, well-managed facility that provides value to its customers and to the community. We are the home of Tampa Bay Skating Club and the Central Florida Hockey League. TBSA offers public skating, learn to skate lessons, hockey lessons, figure skating, instructional hockey leagues for adults and youths. Facility Amenities include: 67,000 square feet of total space, Two NHL regulation size ice rinks, Full service cafe, Slapshots Bar and Grill, The Hockey Zone, full service pro shop, Hope U Dance, dance studio on premises and Coaching staff comprised of former college & NHL players as well as National & International Olympic Figure Skating Champions.
