The historic Newton Theatre, founded in 1924, is a beautifully restored 605 seat performing arts center in the heart of Sussex County, presenting diverse programming, including world-renowned music acts, comedians, family productions, holiday shows and much more, in an intimate setting.
The Newton Theatre also shows movies on the biggest screen in Sussex County with an all new digital movie and surround sound system. Films are screened weekly, from classic, Indie and smaller films to current, acclaimed movies, like Oscar winners and contenders.
The Newton Theatre (Sky PAC), a 501(c)(3) corporation, is dedicated to providing programs that educate, entertain and inspire all audiences regardless of ethnicity, age or income level.
