We are a family farm based in the idyllic Sussex Countryside, with great access by road and rail. The farm is gently rolling with a variety of habitats including grassland, arable crops, woodland lakes and streams. We have a mixed farm of arable, beef cattle and sheep. The land consists of 2 separate blocks, 1x 450 ac and 1x 120 ac. The 450ac farm is 4 miles outside Haywards heath with direct rail links across London. It is a mix of arable, grassland and woodland, with three lakes on site. Two of the lakes have holiday lets and the third is currently used as a campsite. The 120ac farm is based 2 miles from Cooksbridge station with direct trains across London. This farm is grassland, with great views of the South Downs. It also has a recently restored lake with slice, with very large fields that are being reverted to permanent pasture.
