The Town Hall was built in 1901 and had its main public areas reopened after refurbishment in mid-2009. It is now used for virtually all borough-wide committee meetings. The site features a Council Chamber, several large meeting rooms, a large staircase, kitchens and toilets. There is also lift access to all floors.
