The second property, named Serendipity, has an 1800's restored cabin with wrap around veranda nestled in a meadow, rolling hills, lagoons and lake frontage on Curry Lake. There is a 3.5 km wagon trail to get to the property with no other housing in sight. This property also contains an old rebuilt and livable hippie school bus, authentic 1800's root cellar (which can double as a pub or another small cabin), and other various fallen down pioneer cabins. The property backs onto open Crown Land up the cliff face of Bestwick Mountain. This property is completely off grid and very private. It possesses great cell service and solar power to the cabin.
