Nestled within the beautiful historic Fisher Park district just outside of Downtown Greensboro, Hillside is an example of Period Revival architecture, specifically designed to evoke a rambling English Tudor and was built in 1929 by insurance executive and philanthropist Julian Price with the help of New York architect Charles C. Hartman. Over the years the estate fell into disprepair and in 2017 made an appearance on the A&E's reality series Hoarders.
