Guided by Coach Israel Figueroa, and assistant Ray Colon the young men and women that commit to the PAL boxing program get instruction that is second to none. Whether you are looking to stay in shape or looking to compete, Coach Figueroa will have the right training regimen tailored to your specific needs. All youth who compete are covered under Hartford PAL's insurance policy and registered free through PAL in USA Boxing.
