Stucco and stone Manor, 7500 SF (finished) and has 5 bedroom suites, In addition, on the first floor, adjacent to the Master Suite, is a library/study that we converted to a "bedroom" for our 3-year-old daughter. This room has privacy; a lockable door to Master and double doors to gallery. There is a full bed but no bathroom in this "bedroom". The terrace-level full bath is designated to this bedroom. The first floor guest suite has a Queen bed and tub/shower with travertine surround. Moreover, there are 2 half-bathrooms on the first floor. The second level has a "Lucy and Desi" bedroom suite: two twin beds and a full bath with travertine surround. The second level also has two more bedroom suites, each with one full bed and full baths. There is a breakfast area, butler's pantry, family, dining and formal living rooms. There is a mudroom off the two-car garage and laundry room off the kitchen and mudroom . An additional one-car garage is off of the porte cochere. There is a lovely courtyard between the two garages. The terrace level has a large Media Room with one full-size couch and two love seat couches. We will show you how to work the projector (120" screen) and audio components.
