Built in 1923, this old Masonic Temple is now owned by the Kosch Family and their business 'Traveling Chef Catering', is located inside the building. The Kosch Family administers the entire building, which has a 2,000 person capacity. There are four ballrooms: Lafayette Ballroom (200 people), Grande Ballroom (500 people), Crystal Ballroom (350 people), Wine Cellar (100 people), Martini Lounge (50 people). Extremely ornate building with a bar on every floor. Masonic symbol in floor tile entryway. Ladies lounge now 1000sq ft 'Martini Lounge' with tin ceiling. All six crystal chandeliers in the 4th floor Crystal Ballroom are original. Lion head faucets in bathrooms. Lafayette Grand has weddings booked on weekends up to two years in advance, thus, weekdays are best for shooting.
