Playing 7,293 yards from the championship tees, the Tom Fazio-designed Beresford Creek course is a par 72 course that traverses pristine marsh, creeks and waterways, providing incredible views. In traditional Fazio style, holes have been shaped and contoured to create challenge and drama for players at every level. The course was named among the nation’s top real estate courses by Golfweek magazine in 2000, the year it opened. “The Beresford Creek course has its own distinctive character and feel,” commented Tom Fazio. “This is partly because of the width and placement of the holes, the massive trees, the open marshes along the fairways – and the position of the holes along expansive corridors of land.”
