Located backed up to the Toogoodoo Creek it has a huge 40 acre hayfield out front with beautiful woods & large live oaks on the back area by marsh & Creek. An old railroad bed goes out as a causeway to the creek. There’s an old shed & the original Farmhouse very similar to a Gullah Shack. There’s are several Hammocks in the marsh & a large hardmarsh section we call the beach.
