Historical 1924 tutor/gothic Mansion designed by Elizabeth Ayer, the first woman architect to graduate from the University of Washington. Grounds include Main Mansion with terraces, darling carriage house, green house, pool with greenhouse glass structure and cabana. Golden oak library, gourmet kitchen, 30 foot living room, dormers and darling bedrooms, beautiful gardens and outdoor terraces, orchard. 4 1/2 acres of Omstead gardens, with view of the snow covered Cascade Mountains and puget sound. Originally built by Stimson (Bullitt).
