Location Description

The MCIDC Plaza is a circa 1920's industrial/warehouse/office site currently being used as a multi-tenant facility hosting twenty-two (22) tenants. Buildings are masonry construction with metal roof trusses & wood sub-roof. A series of streets & parking lots are located throughout the 60+ acre site. It has nearly a mile of frontage on the Juniata River. There are sixteen (16) contiguous structures made up of forty-three (43) buildings. Two structures have been abandoned & are to be raised.
