Location Description
The International Boiler Works property was developed in 1919. The IBW manufactured domestic & commercial boilers and shipped them internationally. The site was abandoned in 1992. The Borough of East Stroudsburg purchased the property in 2002 & began environmental cleanup of the site. In 2018 the Borough received an Act 2 clearance from the PA Department of Environmental Protection. The site encompasses 10 acres.
