The house has many looks: villa, mansion, hotel, restaurant, conference center and has even been used as a school. It has several social rooms, five bedrooms, three fireplaces, an impressive industrial kitchen, long terraces overlooking the mountains,/fields, a gazebo complete w/firepit, a waterfall jacuzzi and spectacular circular motorcourt. The property also boasts an adobe house built approximately 100 years ago, a swimming pool, world class barn, a second smaller barn, guest houses that resemble a neighborhood/tract homes, a beautiful lake next to lush grass, two large grass fields, a helipad, two clear span buildings that resemble warehouses, tree lined roads, rugged dirt roads, paved roads and several grassy areas with varied looks. We are film friendly, have no neighbors, are private with a gated entrance and have the ability to work with different budgets.
