HOTD is a small, one man mostly, operation brewing specialty European beer styles. The building is hard to find. HOTD occupies one portion of a larger warehouse. It has an area for tasting area, t-shirts and other swag for sale. Not a retail business. Stainless steel tanks, cartons of beer, some filled and some not.
