Built in 1892 in Forest Grove, then moved to its current location. Once moved the turret, a sun room, deck and bedroom and a full daylight basement were added, keeping with the original siding and window patterns. The woodwork inside matches the original including bulls eye and fancy molding, made on site during construction. The fir floor and ceiling in the kitchen and sun room matches the floors in the rest of the house. It is now on 5 acres with a view of Bald Peak and the valley below it. Only the front and sides of the house are landscaped and there is an acre of second growth trees along the west side of the property. In keeping with the age of the house it is furnished with antiques. landscaped, view, rural,secluded, lawn and mature trees.
