Location Description

We have a 1700-Acre venue which 700 acres is built on. We just finished filming Will Smith's new movie Focus. We have a 12 acre lake, 34,000 sq. foot event center, 2 restaurants, 2.75 mile Racetrack, largest go-kart track in North America, 40 acres of paved parking, 2 half acres dedicated for production vehicles just to name a few of our assets. We are 20 minutes from downtown. Private property one permit. If you would like to come scout our property for future projects I would be happy to give you a site tour.
