There are 20 acres total with 5 of these a mangrove forest along the Gordon River. The public park includes a kayak launch, a outdoor fitness facility, a children's playground with a SplashPad, event spaces, covered picnic shelters, a rain garden, public bathrooms and a circular "sunrise terrace" that is next to the Gordon River. There is an open event lawn and a spiral hill called, "The Knoll" is the centerpiece. Designed to avoid flooding and purify rainwater, the gardens use native plants that naturally collect water. A path to the Gordon River Greenway is possible on the Blair Foundation Bridge, with a peninsula beneath. The Eva Sugden-Garcia is a community building, adjacent to a full-kitchen and restrooms. It may be rented for events.
