Location Description

The Convict Precinct on Cockatoo Island is part of the UNESCO World-Heritage-listed convict gaol and was built mainly by convicts during the 1840's. The Convict Precinct has many fascinating spaces that can be utilised for a range of production needs. A courtyard in the middle of the Convict Precinct leads out to the Old Military Guardhouse flanked in sandstone with generous views up the Parramatta River. The Convict Precinct facilities have electricity, water, toilets and parking.
