The farm is privately owned 300 acres of forested bushland that is operating as a commercial horse-riding farm at Otford and a paintball operation on Lawrence Hargrave Drive at Stanwell Park. Private land with rainforest jungle-look clearing, creek and surrounds with extensive large vines, palmettos, etc.
