The Demonstration Farm is a a site supporting best practice in land management, agriculture and biosecurity. It is on the Richmond Lowlands on the site of the Western Sydney University River Farm. The farm backs onto the Hawkesbury/Nepean River and has some heritage-listed infrastructure, including a water tower. Richmond Lowlands is a town of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is located in the City of Hawkesbury south-west of Freemans Reach.
