The Sydney International Regatta Centre is set on 178 hectares parklands, lakes and native bush. There are several large grassy and paved areas that have been used to hold numerous large events and that are potential set build sites, including. There are also several modern office and meeting rooms / boardrooms. The venue office offers a variety of additional unique locations including: • Lakes and pontoons • Roadways and carparks • Cycling and walking paths • Buildings and amenities blocks • Grandstand, function rooms and restaurant • Parkland and bushland SIRC also manages the Penrith Whitewater Stadium which has an open grassed area. Main Areas & Features of the SIRC-managed site: NORTHERN BANK Grassed area, varied trees / elevations. Lower at the water, higher at top. Vehicle access through a small section of Whitewater Stadium. No Power, No Amenities. ISLAND Main Area with amenities, rooms, restaurant, carpark, etc. BACK OF HOUSE, FINAL BASIN Mix of water and grassland around the lake, various elevations, dirt road access. SOUTHERN BANK Mostly carparks and grassed areas. WHITEWATER STADIUM Open Grassed Area.
