Tocal Historic Homestead comprises a collection of colonial farm buildings dating from the 1820's. Notable buildings include the Georgian homestead built in 1841, the Blacket barn, Webbers cottage, bull pens and barracks. Within the precinct of the farm buildings are Koori stone grindings indicating thousands of years of human activity at Tocal. The homestead is set among enormous fig trees, overlooking the Paterson river lowlands, within the grounds of the CB Alexander Agricultural College (also known as Tocal College). Located nr Newcastle.
