The Pepper Tree Estate includes the Peppers Convent and Chapel, Robert's Restaurant, and the Pepper Tree Winery and Tasting Barn. Robert’s Restaurant houses the original 1876 Pepper Tree Cottage. The convent was built in Coonamble in 1909, a home to the Brigidine Order of Nuns. In 1990, the convent was divided into four sections and transported 600km to the Hunter Valley, where it underwent restoration. Peppers Convent contains 17 ‘deluxe’ accommodation rooms.
