Daniels donated to the city and county of Denver for even rentals, and for non-profit organizations to hold fundraisers, and it is also used as the official residence of the mayor of Denver. Multi-level outdoor pool is part of the grounds, as well as a heated driveway, bathhouse, fountains, covered patio, and separate guest house.
