The house has a lot of big windows perfect for shooting silhouettes and furniture can be moved for dance video or live music scenes. The master bedroom/bath works well for adult scenes. The kitchen would work well for shooting commercials. The house has plenty of indoor light for night bookings as well. Surrounded by nature, this location is very quiet and the neighbors are private. The house is in Silverthorne west of Denver about an hour and 15 minutes. There are a few towns very close for shopping: Frisco, Dillon, and Breckenridge. I am the on-site manager for each booking.
