Location Description

Early 20th century solid concrete and brick multi level industrial warehouse building. 5 Floors with pillars throughout and small pane windows allow in plenty of daylight. There is a double sided loading dock that can accommodate 2 53ft 18 wheelers right on pacific ave. There is a set of stairs that provides access. One of the more unique features is an old period correct elevator maintained in good working order allows access to all floors.
