There is a library that can be used as the 5th bedroom, with half a bath room next to it.. The kitchen is open to the dining room, seating 6. The pantry of the kitchen is original from 1917. Second floor has four bedrooms, bathroom, and an office leading to an upstairs deck overlooking area mountains of which Mount Utsayantha, the highest at 3,209 feet high. Outside is a large front porch with lots of sitting space. In the back is a private deck perfect for entertainment. A 2 car detached garage is located in the back of the house, leaving about half an acre of lawn behind it. We call it The Hansel and Gretel House.
