*Located on a 5.2 acre campus in the GGNRA *Four meeting rooms which have been used by production companies for everything from hair/makeup and costumes to waiting areas for cast members and extras. *Parking for 32 cars and ability to house production vehicles in a parking lot - closest parking to the Point Bonita Lighthouse, Battery Mendell and Bird Island Overlook. *Ability to tie into the YMCA's power and water. *Productions can set up tents and bring in their own craft services or contract with the YMCA for meal services (dining hall available for meals whether craft services or YMCA staff prepare meals). *Previous productions using this location include Murder in the First, Hulu TV's Chance, Paramount Picture's Transformers: Bumblebee.
