OS NYC is a 6,000 square foot industrial event space with concrete floors, exposed columns, vaulted ceilings and boasts 70-foot mural by Ewok. The space operates as a gaming venue / videogame arcade during the day the first and is the largest space dedicated to gamers, streamers, content creators both casual & professional. OS NYC also has a 20-foot LED screen, stage, cafe, live streaming capabilities, content production, a broadcast studio, and event management all under one roof. The venue is perfect for hosting private events, viewing parties, musical performances, corporate outings, and gaming tournaments. Located adjacent to Hotel 50 at the intersection of Lower East Side and Chinatown and just across the Manhattan Bridge from Brooklyn. The hotel can provide accommodations at a discounted rate subject to availability and current rates. A rental day is considered 24-hours, 12:00 AM-11:59 PM. All rates are subject to change without notice. However, the streaming booth can be rented out by the hour for those wishing to do recordings or streaming at the rate of $15 per hour. Main Space - $15,000 for Full Day Private Rental - $7,500 for Half Day Private Rental - $2,500 for Partial Rental (Open to the Public) Broadcast Studio - $4,000 Per Day Streaming Booth - $15 per hour CATERING: On-site catering available, but non-exclusive to the space. Clients are not required to use the hotel catering and can bring in their own catering companies or product. Clients will then be responsible for any necessary staffing and associated licenses or permits. LIQUOR LICENSE: Full liquor license from 10AM – 4AM with non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages provided by the hotel, but non-exclusive to the space. If the client chooses to bring their own alcohol, then the catering company must provide a liquor license and service staff. FURNITURE: The following furniture is available for use during the event.
