This 130 year old historical building was once used as a cotton gin, and is now home to an eclectic group of artists/entrepreneurs. Exposed brick and worn concrete floors/pillars are framed by 20' ceilings and an abundance of natural light from the 10x15' antique industrial windows. Tons of parking everywhere and a private 2 car garage adjacent to the loft w/direct access. Easy to load/unload. Great for natural light photography with its massive warehouse windows. The rooftop has stunning views of Downtown Dallas and can also be used. Space is perfect for: Small parties/events/meetings.
