We have two multi functional soundstages with clear span I-Beam grid system installed at 18' height that can hold 40,000 lbs of live load. Both soundstages can be used for Film and Television, Music Production, Tour Rehearsal, Live Streaming and much more. Each soundstage is acoustically treated and soundproof along with silent HVAC systems. Facility Features: Fiber Internet, Secure Gated Overnight Parking, 24/7 Access, Production Offices, VIP Green Rooms, Semi Truck Loading docks, Box Truck Loading Dock, Overnight Bus and Trailer Parking and 4 Season Deck for gathering.
